Contessa Fine Jewelry currently offers ready-to-ship items and may offer made-to-order pieces in the future.

Made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production times will be displayed on the product page when applicable.

Because made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer, they may be subject to different return or cancellation policies than ready-to-ship items.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Contessa Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry.

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a refund, provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
